kids menu was great
not for children as there is not much to do for kids
plentiful on-site parking and friendly staff
and whilst the facilities are not huge in size they are very well done - a spa on a boat and a gym encapsulated
we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, and the food went above and beyond our expectations -

surroundings and nicely relaxed about kids, which is not often the case when it comes to such nice places
kids allowed in the bar at 1030 so didn t want to get a drink, only negative
on departure the parking valets all stood around talking to each other, and couldn't even be bothered to open
beautiful junior suite cam with a gas fireplace which was an unexpected although welcome addition over the long

the breakfast was amazing and they were extremely helpful with keeping our kids happy
location,food where rlly good apart from swimming pool time for kids which was rlly in my favour
the kids really loved the swimming pool and play area too- wonderful family hotel and we hope to be
good selection of meals for kids
only thing is that there are time slots for kids in pool area which i didn't see while booking

lots of young kids with no idea what they were doing and a few adults who didn t seem to care
hotel manager was so lovely - really helped me with the kids allergies which i appreciate so much it made
this was very disappointing as we were hoping for a quiet, relaxing break away from the kids

took my kids and notified them in advance but the additional bed wasnt set up when we checked in and wasnt
kids loved the pool and really good breakfast
they don't seem very family friendly and don't allow kids under 5 on the property
in children time my kids went to the pool she talked bad & impolite way with them & the stupid staff who was

we weren't made aware by the reception team at check-in that there are time restrictions for kids to attend

we all had kids between 1 and 7, which were all accommodated well
the hotel is great, lovely bar area, room was perfect
room was very noisy woke early every morning by laundry or rubbish collection
there was no hotel guide and no room service even for breakfast
fantastic room and lovely breakfast
