we all had kids between 1 and 7, which were all accommodated well
breakfast menu was really very good, fantastic home made granola and the hot food was also very
hotel bar shut very early, there was no room service at 11pm
laundry piled up around bedroom in corridors
room was very noisy woke early every morning by laundry or rubbish collection

they don't seem very family friendly and don't allow kids under 5 on the property
took my kids and notified them in advance but the additional bed wasnt set up when we checked in and wasnt
kids loved the pool and really good breakfast
in children time my kids went to the pool she talked bad & impolite way with them & the stupid staff who was
everything, comfort, cleanliness, impeccable staff and service, the spa and facilities

hotel manager was so lovely - really helped me with the kids allergies which i appreciate so much it made
this was very disappointing as we were hoping for a quiet, relaxing break away from the kids
lots of young kids with no idea what they were doing and a few adults who didn t seem to care

was the worse i have tasted the staff were young kids
also it stated fully equipped kitchen, unfortunately after we done a little shop at the local m&s, we realised
room, rose petals on bed for our anniversary was an added bonus
unsure how to turn on fireplace or get into wifi
we would have liked breakfast room service but it did not seem available on the menu

very nice location, scenic area with some good walks. would be good for kids or a dog.
wedding on. so bit noisy. kids running up and down corridors playing hide and seek
lovely country walks around the grounds and a park for the kids not far away

a hotel which is a lovely building and not cheap to stay it is run by kids

had to wait for over 45 minutes for my evening meal; i was in the bar because i had my dog with me, that was
the breakfast was delicious and served in a fantastic atmosphere

kids allowed in the bar at 1030 so didn t want to get a drink, only negative
surroundings and nicely relaxed about kids, which is not often the case when it comes to such nice places

shoe shine service was promised but not delivered, no showergel in bathroom, tv didnt work, wifi went off in
the food was delicious and the bar and entertainment we experienced on the night was fantastic
restaurant and bar very comfortable with outside seating
