staff were outstanding. reception and bar staff fantastic. pool and restaurant brilliant.

the pool area is lovely and i received a complimentary massage which was the best

like the fact that they don't have kettles to boil water in the rooms and the location of the pool is awkward

wifi is very weak

the spa was always closed every time i came down to try and get a massage
fact that the swimming pool was out of service for the whole duration of my stay (one week)
the gym is a small room with a few free weights and a rowing machine
actually i sent mine to the kitchen for a re-heat - for some bizarre reason they can't seem to keep the bacon
