like the fact that they don't have kettles to boil water in the rooms and the location of the pool is awkward
but what needs to be mentioned much more is the excellent breakfast

one occasion the room service took long to be delivered and food wasn't warm
room service prices for bar and restaurant was very expensive and overpriced
order the buffet in the dinning room in the evening although you can have individual meals as room service
i had to call 3 times before i could get room service up my room

the staff was outstanding the housekeeping wonderful the shuttle service was great
the security men were not helpful.at all when it comes to parking
there is a shuttle service to and from the airport with polite and professional drivers
accommodated my late check out

pool was being renovated and we could have been told this well in advance as we were really looking

the hotel is advertised as having a bar but when we tried to get a drink we were told they did not serve alcohol

didn't do any effort to help with our request of having room together with our kids
their swimming pools for kids and adults with gradual depth (from 4ft to 8ft) is absolutely a plus

breakfast is very good and the outdoor bar area around the pool is perfect unwinding with a beer
