went above and beyond, the facilities are so family friendly - there's beautiful grounds for the kids to play,
strange rule not allowing kids under 16 to use jacuzzi. nothing else really.

it was a busy weekend for all of them due to the kids getting there school results
25 mins later was told they weren't being restocked, but they could make ones fresh, which the kids loved
left the staff were so friendly and helpful there pool area is both adult and kid friendly there kids club was
next time we hope to stay without the kids so we can enjoy a few drinks too

the kids loved the indoor pool
the spa was a delight, as were the pool and jacuzzi offering

husband and 14 yr old son went down for a swim at 8 am and my son wasn't allowed in as no kids until 9

very strange times, but all the staff were great throughout our stay; our kids were treated very well - they
furthermore,i left a small bag in my room with little toys for my kids but the hotel said nothing was found

i met parents and kids in the lift who were complaining about how cold the swimming pool was
we did not use the leisure facilities but we did have a look and the pool and gym area also looked great
some of the gym equipment was in need of repair but still adequate enough to use
the menu available in the bar was quite limited, and it changed unpredictably with the time of day
the wifi network was unreliable, seemed to be down more often than not. the bar had odd hours

the hallways are very noisy and we struggled to sleep due to kids running along hallways

to inform us of renovation work going on right outside our window so woken early(we have small kids at home so

the big bonus is that it is kids friendly too and our children totally loved everything

the movement of chairs down at the bar which isn't really acceptable when trying to sleep with kids
smaller room had 2 single beds,while the main room had king size bed,convenient for families with kids
loved this hotel from the moment i arrived ,everything was so straight forward , we had safe car parking ,the
most important to note: there is a car park to the side of the hotel - access to the right of the front door
