his staff had 2 rooms cleaned top to bottom, side by side (queen bed for us and 2 twins for the kids) in less
the staff was very accommodating to us arriving late after lost baggage in dublin and the kids had fun exploring

fire alarm went off twice in the night and kids running up and down corridors
not really clear where to eat with kids in the evening
there are snack vending machines near the rooms very convenient if your kids want a late snack
we had hoped to have a movie night in our room with the kids but the tv was outdated and unable to provide this

next time we hope to stay without the kids so we can enjoy a few drinks too
left the staff were so friendly and helpful there pool area is both adult and kid friendly there kids club was
25 mins later was told they weren't being restocked, but they could make ones fresh, which the kids loved
the swimming pool was good (although watch out for when kids are having swimming lessons)

, beautiful food , big bright room , really comfortable beds , spotless bathroom , we have 3 kids , loads of
loved the room with 3 single beds and a double beds for a family of 5. kids had a blast

i met parents and kids in the lift who were complaining about how cold the swimming pool was

very strange times, but all the staff were great throughout our stay; our kids were treated very well - they
furthermore,i left a small bag in my room with little toys for my kids but the hotel said nothing was found

perfect, i highly recommend this place if you stay in cork for a while, with kids, relatives or in couple
great staff (especially mide!). breakfast is good for kids.
kids club available in the evenings in july & august for free
parking was not too far away but it's still 2 blocks away, so with luggage and small kids it's not ideal

swimming pool has been one of our regular activitiey, it's big enough and water was perfect for kids
kids under 12 eat free at breakfast which is a great offer as they can be very fussy and not hungry
the a style, location & staff - particularly ken, we found him extremely helpful, even my kids thought he was
wish the movie theater was open to kids

our daughter loved the kids club & restaurant had lovely food with great children's options too
to fault the hotel we had a great night there with the kids, but no swimming pool and no pancakes at
our kids were accommodated and treated with such attention and friendliness
bed could be more bigger and the last time we stayed they had a pancake machine which the kids loved but it was
