roof terrace is a sun trap, jacuzzi, hot tub, sauna, closed for winter but the gym was open
the wifi was easy to access also
was a little tired and smelt strongly of bleach (very clean though) pool and jacuzzis were dirty

only open for about 6 hours so had to use the pool bar which was crowded with guests smoking and kids screaming
the swimming pool is an oasis
wifi was awful, we were on the 9th floor and we couldn t connect for 2 days
staff were polite & welcoming facilities were amazing especially the staff around the pool
spa was nice but cold water in all the showers, could be cleaner

was in spanish so it was bit difficult to know where and what is then the program for example for kids
it was advertised as adults only and it was full of kids.
pool was awesome for the kids.

the rooms are small but because we had the sofa turned into a bed for our kids, they have a small area for kids
the tv was not very reliable - the kids were missing any channel for children.
asked for a bedroom for 2 adults and 2 kids and got 1 bed and sofa bed
full of kids and very noisy at night
bed for the kids was uncomfortable
