staff were a bit noisy in the hall outside our room before 9am and being away from our kids for a few days we

excellent location (15 min walk with kids to the market in center city) lots of restaurants and cafes easily

only reason i giving it an 8 score instead of more, is that the wifi in our room was not working which was a

power bars available near beds for charging multiple devices

there was only one switch for the kitchen and living room, so disturbed my son in his bed

confort of bed wasnt good, we had no balcony and in the morning it could be noisy with people and kids talking

no telephone in the rooms, so a trek needed to go to reception, no bar area and no room service or tea / coffee

sent laundry out and didn't realize the cost

wifi was really slow and not suitable for anything but the most basic functionality

i travelled with my husband and three kids, we had a separate bedroom for us and the kids had a biunk bed and

family room (double bed + bunk bed for 2 kids) was slightly smaller than i was expecting and only window opened

it s a pet-friendly hotel so you can bring them with you and they welcome them with a bed, bowls, and even

room size, toilet door, room service, no restaurant serving lunch or dinner

absolutely hated the fact, that kids were allowed at the swimming pool only between 8-10 am and 4-5 pm - if you

no turn down service, no bathrobes in kids size, just the overall feeling not the kind you expect from a 5*

expected a smart tv, great to have if you have kids

8-11 am restriction for kids to be allowed on the pool parking and breakfast seemed too costly for us; we found

be prepared the pool is only available for kids in specific hours

it costs 16eur for adults and half the price for kids if you book a room without breakfast
