so late and only booked one night, but we still managed to enjoy an hour out at the lovely pool before checking
is no table in the room, we ordered room service and we ate on the flore
welcome drink was not possible to be enjoyed at the pool. why?!? everything else was perfect.

we stayed on a village 2 adults and 2 kids and we found lovely the comfort of the room

the villa was really clean and new, we had a view for the garden and swimming pool that was also amazing
rooms are generous and well equipped, and the pool and jacuzzi are an added bonus

the indoor pool was open for public and kids classes so definitely not a relaxing time with pool packed with
kids club should be focused on offering books and toys rather than tablets
many noise kids running in the hotel and between the chairs in the restaurant
room was too hot and the hotel very noisy with lots of kids running and screaming in the restaurant, reception

professional and friendly, the pool was a bit crowded on saturday morning due to classes for kids but on sunday
balcony will need some extra bottom protection for young kids

fantastic, well priced hotel, in an excellent location, staff are super friendly, and great for parking
hotel close for the town centre, i stayed here whilst touring spain portugal by motorcycle, parking is convenient

dinner was ok but even though they did not have a special kids menu they did try to make

hotel is too old, i went with my wife and 3 little kids 3, 5 and 7 and i paid for a big room
it has a kids club, several gonfables, games and toys and a babysitter service from 6pm to 12pm
there was noise from a family with kids right outside my room at 10:45 pm!
some facilities were closed like the kids play room.
would be great - we were disturbed constantly by annoying kids screaming in the room opposite ours

we went with three kids aged 8-12, and that was good, yet the hotel does value peace and quiet and relaxation
we think the hotel probably caters best for older tourists, rather than young kids but for a two night stay we
were a lot of children there - all lovely kids but we just wish this had been more obvious before we went as we
having two young kids wanting to race around and jump in pools probably didn't quite fit in to the surroundings
to the beautiful forest through the lovely village and a river, and the path is good for little kids

there needs to be a proper lock on the inside of the doors. quite a big charge for room service.

the range of breakfast offered was extensive and very good indeed
the friendly staff, clean aircon rooms,the location is perfect and there is underground parking
the kitchen made us something basic to ensure we could eat in the evening
wifi weak and sometimes not working, strange at a hotel like this
car parking (and outside you can park safely for free)
