professional and friendly, the pool was a bit crowded on saturday morning due to classes for kids but on sunday
night we can see our reflection on the glass windows on the ceiling :) friendly for families with kids
and most important - if you have a kids - they can play at kids room while you are at the bar and you can see

it was also very busy, so a lot of noise and some screaming kids
room was too hot and the hotel very noisy with lots of kids running and screaming in the restaurant, reception
the indoor pool was open for public and kids classes so definitely not a relaxing time with pool packed with
breakfast, spa and kids area
the hotel feels like a daycare, so many kids running around all day and all evening

dinner was ok but even though they did not have a special kids menu they did try to make
african music at the pool bar was annoying and destroyed the peace
the view! breakfast buffet was really good. quiet. clean. modern. above our expectations.

very good for families with kids, since they have a big room with toys and games, swimming pool and outdoor
there was noise from a family with kids right outside my room at 10:45 pm!
it has a kids club, several gonfables, games and toys and a babysitter service from 6pm to 12pm
some facilities were closed like the kids play room.
nice location, indoor pool was great as well as the breakfast. great for families with kids.

we stayed on a village 2 adults and 2 kids and we found lovely the comfort of the room

we went with three kids aged 8-12, and that was good, yet the hotel does value peace and quiet and relaxation
we think the hotel probably caters best for older tourists, rather than young kids but for a two night stay we
were a lot of children there - all lovely kids but we just wish this had been more obvious before we went as we
having two young kids wanting to race around and jump in pools probably didn't quite fit in to the surroundings
to the beautiful forest through the lovely village and a river, and the path is good for little kids

more light at night in lot and suites should have wifi coverage in bed
excellent rooms and a very nice chill area around the pool
also the breakfast with local products was very good

the building is intriguing being built onto the city walls. the breakfast was very good.

did not use the pool as it was small and full of tiny kids from outside of the hotel
