the room was very small and the beds (stayed in a twin room) were for kids, at most teenagers, but not adults

booked 2 rooms for a 2+3 kids since there were no options for a family room for 5
my room was on the ground floor and that looks tucked away from the main building so there was no wifi whatsoever
clean, spacious and the staff was amazing. the free breakfast was perfect.
start, the first room we were assigned didn't have a working tv, no wifi, and even our cell phones almost didn
the wifi connection was very very slow and sometimes did not work at all

we missed other facilities like a tennis court and a multisport court for kids
the outside pool was quite warm, and it has a smaller pool for kids, which was great

hotel had a nice playground, paddle boats, and its forest/grounds so it was great for kids
have to pay for spa and fitness area: that should be state on the profile
old and uninteresting with a small pool but the quality of the water exceptional

we would have picked a different hotel with an indoor pool for the kids
over priced especialy 50 euro extra a day for my kids bed
there could be more facilities for kids (a swing and a slide, some games in the kids corner)
the parking wasn t great considering it was raining and was full of puddles
com said the outdoor pool would be open - it hasn't been open for some time by the looks of things

don't have a dedicated receptionist, have to go to the bar for check in
facilities are good, having both a bar and restaurant on site, making it a very good overnight stop
but there is what looks like a large reception desk on the ground floor when you walk in from the parking lot
there is a lot of service due to a terras, bar and a restaurant in the same building

hotel had some fun activities for kids, but also for grown-ups
there really wasn t anything to do for kids
noise in the hallway due to some families (it's extremely family friendly) allowing their kids to run and yell

it is a kids friendly hotel, with an amazing pool and garden with a gazeboo
the hotel was good for me, old and with character, but traveling with kids, ages 11 and 15 they were difficult

the spa was really good, the hotel has also great surroundings to go for a walk with kids or with the partner
you feel more surprising but the hotel equipment are really new and clean, indoor swimming is the kids
property itself was great, however i was a bit unluckily as there was a family with kids staying and they were
the kids loved having some pool time and was nice to have loungers around the edge of the pool
the river is beautiful and the hot water swimming pool is a delight, specially if you travel with kids

one of the days there was a wedding and the staff removed almost all the toys and furniture from kids room that
we have five kids and we got a full-size house: three bedrooms, three baths, huge living room, dining room,
the food could be better and the kids club was too small.

ac was not working well, kids club closed because of an event
- pool was taken over by kids and big groups, not relaxing at all
we had 2 kids who had been up since 2am, but on arrival the room was not ready
the kids loved that
