the playground for small kids is not maintained at all

the thing that annoyed me the most its that i called to make sure that the pool would be open and i was reassured

everything provided in the kitchen was philty. the matress is in poor condition.

like shower / bathroom, kitchen were very basic and the beds were poor quality

we had to ask for kitchen soap and towels

exceptional quality, the rooms are spotlessly clean and the housekeeping is top -only ate in the bar but this

use of spa (and golfcourse )not

the rooms are comfortable and clean. the gym facilities are excellent. food is good.

in room service was a disastrous user experience. managment need to review this.

gym and spa were a highlight, thanks to pilar for wonderful treatments and positive energy

the tv was not very reliable - the kids were missing any channel for children.

the rooms are small but because we had the sofa turned into a bed for our kids, they have a small area for kids

even when we had a couple of glasses from the bar they were never taken out when our room was cleaned

bar staff, in particular, the gentleman who had worked in ireland were fabulous

pool was quite full of chemicals and it was in the middle of industrial estate although that was

swimming pool beautiful and clean

she was most unhelpful on our last day and when she found the kids charging their phones in the reception area

we stayed in the family room and my kids loved the bunk beds

supper was quite a late start at 8:30pm local time, which did not go down well with young kids not used to this

the location is perfect, super great for kids to play sands and everything

only thing we wishes was that the spa area was a bit larger- and a small heated pool in the rooftop would make

the restaurant and bar area was not encouraged so empty of an evening, and unusually this hotel didn't have its

wifi on the second floor did not work

we travel with our kids and we have a lot of walking distance attractions from the hotel (playgrounds, parks,

highly recommend the hotel and if you travel with kids - this is your place

staff were a bit noisy in the hall outside our room before 9am and being away from our kids for a few days we

excellent location (15 min walk with kids to the market in center city) lots of restaurants and cafes easily

no turn down service, no bathrobes in kids size, just the overall feeling not the kind you expect from a 5*

insist you purchase a shower cap for 3 euro and were not there inevenings after 9 - leading to kids flooding

door to be quiet then on last night around 1 in morning a family arrived shouting and screaming kids running

walls are paper thin - i listened to my neighbours watching tv & playing with their kids until 1am

noisy with pipe work, for the 4th floor, then was woken pre 7am with the laundry
