the beach and flat water was nice for kids
i felt safe, the private beach and the pool was beautiful

the kids pool was well kept and cleaned daily.

there was one particular staff that served dinner she was not very friendly nor patient as i had kids with me,
kids wanted ice-cream from the bar but none was available

the golf course is totally abandoned and the buildings around it are ruins

the wifi at the section of the facilities that my room is located is very poor
wifi was down, and no compensation offered, the pool and importantly the trail down to the beach closed at 6

pool filter covers in the kiddie pool always come off and kids keep stepping in the holes
the view was breathtaking an most of all my kids had lots of fun
did not like the fact that if i need to order food to take away or an ice cream for my kids i had to go by waves
when my kids travel and are in a strange place they sleep with us
the kids pool was great and the housekeeper was more than helpful.

we had 2 kids so they could not fit in the small bed
will definitely visit again with my kids
activities for the kids were advertised but there wasn't anything for the four days we were there
pool was very nice, the kids enjoyed it

asked for 2 beds a bed for my wife and i, and one for the kids i had to join two couch for the kids to sleep
there is a bar only by the beach which is open between 9 am until 5 pm only
parking was a little difficult. wifi on the fire tv kept sticking.
parking can be a challenge when the hotel is at full occupancy
would have appreciated a note in the room with key information eg: wifi password; phone numbers for front office

with a southeast view of the sea the sun wakes you up every morning advantage is large hotel pool excellent

i didnt like that its not quite kids friendly the pool was wide open and a danger to any child.
shower needs upgrading, food was a bit salty, only discovered the kids menu on or second to last night, when
room was dirty, room service only would fix the bed but not actually provide new towels or change the sheets or
parking. rooms. breakfast. wifi.
the pool is great and there is parking available which we were grateful for
