when my kids travel and are in a strange place they sleep with us
the view was breathtaking an most of all my kids had lots of fun

will definitely visit again with my kids
we had 2 kids so they could not fit in the small bed
outside railing on balcony was shaking was not safe to have kids out there
entertainment was good, kids enjoyed the pool and the food was good
activities for the kids were advertised but there wasn't anything for the four days we were there

traveling with kids, the following would have made the stay better: 1
breakfast and the friendly staff along with the room that was given for the special event.
the wifi didn t work neither the tv
the breakfast was the same every day. could have a variety.
the bathrooms could use a bit of upgrading, the breakfast needs more options.

the kids play area was closed for maintenance.
the golf course looked lovely and there are some nice ponds with lilies, caimans, and birds to see
enjoyed the golf course. all staff are very nice. rooms are good.
no one ever answered the room service number, but at least they called
cordless linx machine needed for room service.

asked for 2 beds a bed for my wife and i, and one for the kids i had to join two couch for the kids to sleep
the rooms were clean, the laundry was changed and fresh ones put up
loved all the pools and the beach
parking can be a challenge when the hotel is at full occupancy
wifi and a/c in the room was great

the parking lot is largely unlit so if you're coming in at night its a risk
air on in bedroom worked. wifi mostly worked. staff were friendly. location beautiful
laundry done which was outrageously expensive

shower needs upgrading, food was a bit salty, only discovered the kids menu on or second to last night, when
i didnt like that its not quite kids friendly the pool was wide open and a danger to any child.
the pool was cleaned everyday and the beach area was quite peaceful
car parking space was a challenge.

i booked 2 double queen rooms for 4 adults and 4 kids
i felt safe, the private beach and the pool was beautiful

cuttlery was old , the drinks and food were limited and simple there wasn't a kids menu the dining area was

there was one particular staff that served dinner she was not very friendly nor patient as i had kids with me,
