i wouldn't really recommend the hotel to be a place to stay with kids- there are a lot of stairs and no lifts
staff were very attentive we got upgraded to luxury suite, the kids loved it
the large room is ideal with kids
considerate welcoming juice and sweets, pre-breakfast in-room service of freshly squeezed juice and mini croissants
room service was lovely - i had the truffle caviar eggs which were incredible

location and staff service are very good. every staff keeping smile and very kind to kids.
s hard to say but if i had a negative point, there was a lot of kids staying that splashed in the pool and

it had a nice relaxed atmosphere and was perfect for a two night break away from the kids
parking is pretty tight, but actually well-managed by the staff; but inconsiderate parkers can make

the food was outstanding, the bed very comfortable. the snug areas were great for kids.

scottish lady particularly, but all the staff were great, great bar area and the chicken pie was something else

good place to be with kids
room was above the bar area, so there was a bit of noise (music)
only the poor wifi quality in the room, everything else was excellent
there was a roaring fire in the bar and a great sunday roast in the afternoon

dinner, which is on the expensive side, they let little kids dine there with their ipads with kid s entertainment

and the last thing this hotel is not for families with kids
thing we found that is not ok is the noice of running around at late night time from kids upstair because of
dirty laundry bags in hallway and didn t move for 3 days
good location; polite staff; good wifi.
had to go to main hotel to order room service and get milk requested from staff but not delivered 2 hours after
