were horrible, had about 6 families treating it like an apt complex, clothes hanging outside, kids running around
the had a spa that looked appealing
the room service meal was very poor in my opinion
there were room service menus in the room but the restaurant hasn t offered room service for over two years
no pool or breakfast

kids love the comfy beds and they also love the pool
the staff were friendly and found us an adjoining room for the kids
the kids (and adults) all enjoyed the pool and it was a safe friendly environment
noisy, drunk people and kids screaming could hear through walls, woke up
we were visiting for a wedding and it was a great stay with my kids

we come down to see our kids and grandchildren several times a year
so lots of kids
pull out bed was horrendously uncomfortable the kids hated it so we pulled it on to the
kids running around. noises from upstairs.
