kids were running and screaming everywhere in the lobby, down the halls and in the elevators
pool was heated a little too hot the first day making it more like a hot tub than a refreshing pool

booked this room for two reasons proximity to airport and the pool for our kids
not much for kids to do in the evening
area was nice but a lot of iguanas running round and freaked slit of the kids out as some were so big
the kids loved the pool and we loved the casino!
the hotel has so much life in its self that the kids were busy for hours

it was screaming kids the entire time all over the pool areas- we were only staying friday day and that evening
to many kids and over priced
so when we arrived we were out of a room and stranded me and 2 kids
how, if you're staying in the guitar, you have to walk 2/3 mile through the cosino wet with the kids to get to
was upset at the limited amount of non smoking areas in the casino both at the slots and tables

was amazing for breakfast (we only had breakfast) the pool area was clean and beautiful the kids loved the pool
have 2 smalls kids so no microwave in the room was an inconvenience; however, i was able to use the microwave
travelled with 3 kids and my aunt we each had two pieces of luggage, when we got to the hotel and checked in
they gave me 1 queen bed only and had to sleep with my 3 teenager kids in the bed
wet floors are a recipe for disaster for young kids and the elderly

thing we didn't enjoy was having to share the jacuzzi with all the little kids
was a man that was staying there who kept coming over and trying to talk to us and our kids, he was very pushy
pool, hot-tub, and mini basketball court for the kids was great
i was locked out of my room and luckily my kids were there to let me in

leaving my 2 kids , husband and i less than an hour to all shower and get ready for a wedding

made me nervous with kids , having such an insecure window on an upper floor
there si a shuttle bus from fll which was fast and easy to use offered for free
safe, food available, shuttle to airport available. staff was so so so friendly!

the ages of the girls where provided they are not kids
had an bad experience on the elevator with 2 of my kids while going up to the 7th floor there was this loud
location from the airport and just about everything the kids liked dave & busters, tacos etc
everything, my stay at springhill was perfect. my kids loved and enjoy being there
again, for the size of the hotel, the gym is tiny

dining area is made of glass and although its very thick, i was still worried the whole time my kids could've

there were kids all around because of a soccer tournament
there was activities available for the kids
it was clean had stuff for kids to do and they were so nice
kids and i were a late arrival, but my elderly mother (who was joining us on this stay) arrived
