restaurant was closed which obliged us to go back to midleton for dinner which is ok without kids or with
the kids loved it as they had freedom to explore and adored the billy goats
was cooked to perfection and the person looking after us was polite and very patient with our kids

it is a family friendly hotel, but you wouldn t notice the kids around
noise levels in the morning kids running rampant unsupervised during mid term break.
hard to find more friendly staff, we really felt taken care of and the staff are brilliant with kids
you needed and more, lovely selection of fresh breads , juices, fresh baked pancakes for the kids
between having a golf course, spa, kids club, activities on site and catering for pets, this hotel has it all

noisy room, kids screaming and running around early in the morning and could hear it clearly in the bedroom so
no kids club available (not a major issue just a suggestion more than anything)

breakfast basket and the cookie and rubber duckies for the kids were a nice touch
of kids room was on different floor and there was an event on for the 3 nights which was noisy which
so we have a great holiday and the kids enjoyed it
walking distance from the train station ( with two small kids and two elderly parents in law)

service was very slow in the restaurant, all food was nice except the kids cheesy garlic bread, bread was so
the whole room was brilliant and one of the best i've stayed in the pool was class and good for kids, the gym
staff were very nice and loved the fuss they made of the kids with the little gift bags for them
kids loved the pool. hotel in great area everything short distance away. very nice staff
our room was perfect for our family, with a king-size bed and a bunk bed the kids absolutely loved

staff where lovely very chatty with ourselves and kids especially staff at breakfast, excellent breakfast

the a style, location & staff - particularly ken, we found him extremely helpful, even my kids thought he was
booked an executive room for a one night stay to escape the mad life running around after 5 kids with my girlfriend
kids under 12 eat free at breakfast which is a great offer as they can be very fussy and not hungry
wish the movie theater was open to kids
the kids had a ball and staff were always accomodating.

i met parents and kids in the lift who were complaining about how cold the swimming pool was
the pool + leisure centre on-site was pretty good too
we had breakfast of pancakes and fruit which was amazing but the highlight for me was the dinner

wish it had a swimming pool. mock tail for kids was very expensive
loved the christmas tree, hotel decor, piano man playing at dinner, code-breaker challenge for kids to find
facilities for kids to play. a chill out area for adults as well.
buffet was fantastic also ye have a kids play area which is great will definitely be back with the kids i also

husband and 14 yr old son went down for a swim at 8 am and my son wasn't allowed in as no kids until 9
a peaceful and relaxing hotel we will be back in december with the kids

gathering was excellent, room was comfortable though looking a little dated, plenty of free parking available,
parking was a bit away from the hotel and as it was wet weather and there were a lot of potholes
