if we need to find an improvement area i guess they could add a playground for kids
pool needs to be segregated so adults on their own can swim in a lane alongside kids times.
it is a family friendly hotel, but you wouldn t notice the kids around
between having a golf course, spa, kids club, activities on site and catering for pets, this hotel has it all
kids in the leisure facilities was disappointing and also leisure facilities need upgrading!

tv in the room would have been great for kids in the eve
the kids loved it as they had freedom to explore and adored the billy goats
rooms, the staff could not be friendlier nor more helpful, with lots of room outside for the kids to play but
restaurant was closed which obliged us to go back to midleton for dinner which is ok without kids or with
it wa great to let kids roam outside and pet animals

the swimming pool could have been a tiny bit warmer but overall the swim was great too!
we preferred the a la carte dinner menu to the buffet. breakfast were superb.

noisy room, kids screaming and running around early in the morning and could hear it clearly in the bedroom so
no kids club available (not a major issue just a suggestion more than anything)

loved the little fairy hunt for the kids and gorgeous food in the restaurant

so we have a great holiday and the kids enjoyed it
only issue the kitchen had run out of mince and this was very disappointing for the kids who were looking
walking distance from the train station ( with two small kids and two elderly parents in law)
we could connect to our netflix & prime accounts on tv so kids were delighted

go to cobh and stay in the bella vista only booked it night before so glad we did pick this hotel kids loved it
everything staff were really good and very helpful and took time to talk to the kids etc
our goal for the trip was for our kids and grandchildren to see what ireland and the people of ireland are like
loud music on friday night coming from the bar keep my kids awake until after midnight.
we stayed in an apartment and it was perfect for 2 adults & 3 kids

smaller room had 2 single beds,while the main room had king size bed,convenient for families with kids
the movement of chairs down at the bar which isn't really acceptable when trying to sleep with kids
loved this hotel from the moment i arrived ,everything was so straight forward , we had safe car parking ,the
free parking ( which parking is tough , so appreciated) the restaurant was delicious
wifi available on arrival so cash only for evening meal, wouldn't add onto our room bill

service was very slow in the restaurant, all food was nice except the kids cheesy garlic bread, bread was so

kids would have loved to have swam longer but understand that, as an adult, it s nice to have
the kids loved making their own pancakes so that was a bonus
l couldn t help but think that if l had my kids with me, l d be worried, it was just a safety concern really
and polite , especially the gentleman that waited on the tables in the bar he was so nice to my kids
it was very welcoming and friendly the food was very good and the kids really enjoyed the pool

booked an executive room for a one night stay to escape the mad life running around after 5 kids with my girlfriend
the a style, location & staff - particularly ken, we found him extremely helpful, even my kids thought he was
kids under 12 eat free at breakfast which is a great offer as they can be very fussy and not hungry
swimming pool has been one of our regular activitiey, it's big enough and water was perfect for kids
food and staff were excellent. the best kids menu i have ever seen and the setting is lovely.

very strange times, but all the staff were great throughout our stay; our kids were treated very well - they
furthermore,i left a small bag in my room with little toys for my kids but the hotel said nothing was found
