recommend having people at the front off the premises smoking due too not everyone smoking and kids

it had the best breakfast of any hotels or restaurants
we ate in the bar restaurant during our stay and again the food and service was excellent
we had dinner in the bar & great service & staff also

we finally got a night away from the kids and it was the worst hotel we've ever stayed in

was lovely but kids were disappointed that the pool in the images was for over 18's which we seemed to miss that
david was exceptionally courteous and professional and very witty, the kids enjoyed his humour
is a great hotel but david the bellman made it exceptionally fun for our kids

we had a faucet issue in my kids room, but they took care of it very quickly and moved them to a new room still
not a place to stay if you are a vegetarian - plenty of read meat on the menu- nothing healthy on kids menu

in shackleton house - it was beautiful :-) stayed with my 2 sisters & 2 kids, we felt like jane austen at
