leisure facilities disappointing. quite basic and lots of kids in pool.
pool was open to public , not ideal for a 5 star hotel , sauna was packed and kids jumping around the pool
great constant wrong orders, spa & facilities were not great (jacuzzi out of order; tonnes of kids, not
only thing i can say is the pool area can be a little loud with kids at some times, and there should be a cold
we went to pool and it was sooo noisey with screaming kids

my two sons are 8+4 there was a great kids club in
the pool was great for the kids as it had a kids pool also
comfortable we had a lovely night here looking forward to going again as i'd like to bring my kids i think they
kids club consisted of two teenagers minding at least 12 children
too many kids, we didn't use the leisure facilities because of this.

were very nice, our room was very clean , lovely swim in heated pool the next morning with the kids
inside would highly recommend if your coming to dublin they also do swimming lessons for little kids aswell
very family oriented lots for kids to do ideal as it was a family trip so they were not bored

the leisure centre was kids friendly
as we had kids with us the pool was amazing and kids loved it,
i was there with my 2 kids and they really enjoyed the swimming pool and the restaurant
my car was vandalized in the underground car park possibly by kids but very annoying.

i had asked for the brownie from the kids menu to be boxed up to take to the room & i couldn t wait any longer
from the corridor a bus of group of kids arrived on a saturday 7 pm and running all the time in the early morning
paid for kids meal and room service, received no drink or ice cream (inc in price) met anothet person, 1
noise from the nightclub was difficult with 2 kids

place to stay as it s simple to get to from the m50, plenty of parking spaces, very clean, fantastic breakfast
was wonderful and the breakfast excellent the hotel is in a great location with the bus stop at the front
just across from hotel in to city centre staff excellent and a great breakfast and food in bar excellent also

the staff were real friendly, the grounds were absolutely stunning and the playground for the kids was a real

one issue i had was the kids running around in the hotel making a lot of noise at off hours and blocking the

is a great hotel but david the bellman made it exceptionally fun for our kids
brilliant breakfast and very friendly staff especially concierge, super friendly man great with kids, helped
said they won t be doing anything about it for a married couple who never get away without kids and this
david was exceptionally courteous and professional and very witty, the kids enjoyed his humour
minutes walk to the city center, especially with young kids staff are very kind and helpfull

was very hot - we turned on the ac but it didn't cool much lots of kids drinking in the street outside the hotel
so much noise from all the damn kids and partying going on out in the streets, and we were on the 5th floor
