staff slowed kids to run up and down the hallway at 21:00, not an appropriate hr for noise

for the extra towels for my kids they took forever pillows and mattresses were the worst i have had in years
breakfast was limited to 1 because we hadn t added our kids to reservation even though we added them
specify on the booking the age of my kid, however during the check in i have to paid for two kids under 13 as
also, we never saw the pool or spa as it seemed it was under renovation or closed while we were there

with 5 children it s almost impossible to find a hotel that will be kind with kids
t like the fact that the kids could not use the pool do to how dirty the water was, over-priced restaurant

there is no restaurant for lunch or dinner, although you can ask for room service until 10 pm, the restaurant
