the single beds in our room were really narrow although the kids room had bigger beds
especially the pub dog, chester who entertained the kids

there is no play area etc and the kids meals are very average - chips based and greasy
i m afraid it really not worth 180 of hard earned cash for a weekend away without our kids
dogs in restaurant, no public transport, no phone signal and wifi off from 10pm

and the last thing this hotel is not for families with kids
thing we found that is not ok is the noice of running around at late night time from kids upstair because of
beautiful hotel, room and gardens with lots of parking for guests
the location is perfect with easy parking

the food was outstanding, the bed very comfortable. the snug areas were great for kids.

dinner, which is on the expensive side, they let little kids dine there with their ipads with kid s entertainment
the service was excellent and kids had a good time
was nice to have a garden to take a walk, and the parking space is inside the hotel and it is spacious
genuinely lovely and personable staff, from the managers to reception to the bar and kitchen staff
from front of house, to bar staff to restaraunt staff everybody was friendly and professional

there was also ample parking and opportunities to purchase breakfast if desired

there was a halloween trail for the kids, cookies for them to decorate
booked a superior double), hotel had good leisure facilities (pool of a nice size and kept kids out at certain
milk, cookies & chips for the kids available every afternoon/evening on the mezzanine which was a nice touch
kids meals in particular were shocking - there needs to be wider options than just tomato pasta and
no quiet lounge to eat it in, just the kids play area ( sorry i mean bar )

nothing i liked all of it and so did my kids
room was awful had 2 kids in with me had a hole in ceiling that was stuffed with tissue
beds were like kids beds and too soft and broken

the room was lovely and comfy beds too especially for the kids
felt a bit weird when my wife and kids where not offered the key card to enter the room when i had to run back
we will definitely come back with our kids too as it seems to have great facilities for families
was decent and plentiful, the main draw for this property were the facilites incl kids play area while the adults
it took the shine off it to be honest, eating a steak with kids running past shouting to get to the pool table
