on arrival, everything about the hotel, its garden and pool, exceeded our requirements

also, the surrounding area is not safe to walk around in at night (and especially with our small kids), so we
lovely garden and pool, with lots of trees and flowers, nice respite from the city
chatty and respectful owner, late check out at

even though i specified his age during reservation, the clerk told me only kids 12 and under don't count
my mom and two kids took a walk around, there are museums and lots of shopping options to see but sadly also
gym was a nice bonus for the kids

the kids loved the hot tubs

the pool was very cold, so not much to complain about. kids still swam and had fun.

hotels doesn't say the truth about the facilities : there are no spa facilities, no television, gym room is not

the only problem i found was not getting any help with the luggage, i was traveling with my two kids, to stay
pool was very cold. could not let kids in for longer than 10 minutes
guess my kids would have liked the pool to be heated but no big deal

rooms are along a patio and there is a heated swimming pool next to the restaurant, which our kids loved :)
pool temperature was cold, only kids would go in.
water in a pool was cold for kids and breakfasts could be better
the wifi can bump you off when everyone is on it, like in the evening.
there is a nice sports bar down the street you can walk too

my kids smiled so big when they saw the property
that might be a disappointment if you are expecting that with kids
they were so nice to our kids and have lovely dogs :) we had the dinner on site and it was delicious
the pool is great and we were able to order a massage at the property they helped us organize
we used the kitchen one evening for dinner and having the full kitchen was perfect

we wanted to do the coffee tour separately as it takes a bit long and the kids can t deal with the explanation
