i wanted to bring my kids for new years eve to swim and stay in a hotel for fun

the kids got cold fast and could not really enjoy the pool

the pool was not great and crowded with a bunch of kids making exercise impossible.

were requested for immediately going out of the building, it was really scary time with the kids, till the

we had a problem with our room (a large group of kids was staying on the same floor and was loud and running

they made us feel so special (especially the kids) with extra amenities and treatment

housekeeping were superstars, especially the charming young lady that took care of laundry during our stay

first, the hotel barely has a lobby, which is surprising for such an expensive five-star property

top location. great pool and spa. classy decor.

adjacent room was very noisy and we didn t have are own kids next to us

i had to call the front desk to get the parents of the kids across the hall to make them stop screaming at 12

it is actually a big bath full of kids

i did not sign up to stay in a covid infested cesspool full of college kids

however with a partner or kids, we definitely could not have fit in one room

charge for spa / fitness access disappointing breakfast it is not a dedicated building, the hotel only

- they had a king sized bed room but that came with a foldout couch, not ideal if you want your kids to sleep
