kids enjoyed the pool access and breakfast was great
we arrived easter sunday and the kids had an easter egg each on their bed, lovely
had all that w me required also the pool was lovely and kids enjoyed
great place for kids, the swimming pool is fab

on arrival, we were late arriving due to work commitments but we were able to have a drink at bar before going
bar and reception staff are also friendly and welcoming

great set up up in the leisure club and the kids loved the swimming each day
kids loved the pool
enough on kids menu to keep them happy
the reception staff and bar staff were always chatting away to us and our kids and actually took an interest
the hotel even put in an extra bed for us so the kids had a bed each

i think it would be a good idea to explain parking prior to arrival

kids loved staying in old school building
in at the hotel who confirmed our booking and explained the dining allowance with no mention of kids being
took the kids to the pool & there was a class on and one woman that was in the class came up to my partner
my kids and i loved it lol xx

rooms got there as a group and we booked hotel due to having a pool table to then be told no kids allowed
didn't like kids running around corridors screaming and knocking on doors.
the bar downstairs was great and the locals really friendly

the kids running around in the room above as floors are a little creaky!!
staff were lovely during breakfast too, made a memory the kids won t forget in a hurry
pool table was a bonus for the kids
fat chance of that, since the kids in the room upstairs were running around and making lots of noise since 6am
the bathroom was a real treat lovely and modern, with a great tub that the kids enjoyed

was great and the kids got to meet the celtic football players who were very good with the kids
a pool and a spa would be great, also perhaps a loyalty scheme, for returning customers.
i was planning to use the gym but when i went in to have a look it was pathetic considering how nice the hotel
i had room service and the food was absolutely delicious, quick and still very much hot, unlike other

room was perfect for my kids and i, and the situation by the cathedral is just lovely
of the room for a family of 5 - i didn't expect mum & dad to really get their own room with the kids in an
staff seemed frightened of kids - they insisted that we sit furthest away from other people dining, though the
lovely, helpful staff and comfy rooms swell stocked with little tea cakes and biscuits for the kids
