we were given a (beautiful) suite instead of the family room i'd booked, which resulted in the kids spending
on site leisure facilities were great - the kids loved the slide - and the breakfast was pretty much the best
family rooms have toys a nice surprise for the kids!
crowded with children and i feel the main pool should be for adults only as there is already a kids pool next
great staff, super facilities. kids loved it.

we stayed at a cottage near the river and our kids stayed at the main hotel
the little kitchenette is handy to have when travelling with kids, and the restaurant was excellent
i felt as if i was suddenly at a kids disco and wish some traditional scottish music had been playing mixed
was terrible, staffed with kids with no supervision, the price of the food was expensive for what it was
small hotel, lovely fireplace gathering area, delicious breakfast and excellent location

suitable parking, no lounge area that is family friendly, on-site dinning not great for kids
we phoned down to reception to ask how much breakfast would be for kids and they didn t know
it feels like the staff are kids without a manager and they all just wanna get home
we were supposed to be having a romantic night away without our kids, but it was so loud we could not sleep
location was perfect, rooms were clean and got early check in

a pool a spa something for the kids at the fun factory the food is very good and the staff were guest focused

amazing, staff great and food good, amazing pool and soft play for kids while you relax
the soft play and swimming pool is great too for the kids
the play area for kids and the pool was great for our grandchildren and their parents loved their own personal
