it feels like the staff are kids without a manager and they all just wanna get home

we were supposed to be having a romantic night away without our kids, but it was so loud we could not sleep

we phoned down to reception to ask how much breakfast would be for kids and they didn t know

suitable parking, no lounge area that is family friendly, on-site dinning not great for kids

wifi bit slow, room and facilities slightly tired, 25 extra for a dog even though quite expensive

staff went above and beyond to help and the kids loved the swimming pool, food is great although the menu is a

also food excellent with a varied choice for kids and

extremely friendly and helpful and very good with our children, we also used the pool which the kids loved

from more vegetarian options, a better selection of cheeses, and perhaps some pancakes for the kids

food at dinner was reasonably priced with good deal - kids eating free

was loud poor nights sleep for me and my 11 year old wouldn t recommend room 151 when you have kids

really welcoming with the kids and the dog. team were fab, food was good and rooms nice

nice hotel for a night away with out the kids

why can t guests without kids open the windows

easy access to the room (no elevator, with kids and luggage can be annoying)

handy for town and good parking for 10. excellent pool for kids

hot chocolate, pizza & cookies on arrival in the foyer which the kids loved
