menu was awful along with the food that was served up not much variety didn t cater for kids the food was

helpful but we would have enjoyed getting more tips at the front desk on halloween activities for kids
location was great! close to the park and playground for kids and walkable to most places
the staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome, we had two small kids and they had the travel cot
good food and service. good variety for kids.
was a bit dangerous for kids so had to put the coffee table in front of the door to make sure they couldn't go

was very hot - we turned on the ac but it didn't cool much lots of kids drinking in the street outside the hotel
so much noise from all the damn kids and partying going on out in the streets, and we were on the 5th floor
gym no air conditioning. some rooms a little tired. vacuuming of rooms not ideal.
the bar was nice and the people in the bar were lovely and welcoming.

great hotel to stay with kids
minutes walk to the city center, especially with young kids staff are very kind and helpfull
said they won t be doing anything about it for a married couple who never get away without kids and this
is a great hotel but david the bellman made it exceptionally fun for our kids
david was exceptionally courteous and professional and very witty, the kids enjoyed his humour
