and hoodlums in parking lot next door shooting dice in the wee morning being loud

dirty, very poorly maintained. roach infested! drunks arguing in the parking lot.

the non smoking room reeked from previous smokers

the bed was overly soft, the wifi didnt work, and the cable box had roaches in it

location close to hwy exit and with a convenience store across the parking lot

overwhelmed with the amount of things to do, my kids, my husband & i all had a blast!

this is a great hotel has a lot for the kids to do my kids had a wonderful time staff were great

staff and room was excellent. the kids had a ball but the food and drinks are pricey

the beds were a little uncomfortable but durable because it was worth it for my kids' happiness.

it s a kids paradise

i waited until 2215 to call the front desk regarding the kids jumping and running

my kids were a little disappointed about them not having a pool

no pool for the kids

was given room on parking garage side so was very loud bumping all night of cars going in & out

tried to order from bar right at closing but they refused.

kids throw firecrackers and running around cars

there is a lot of drinking going on outside and other stuff i didn t want my kids seeing

i have 2 kids and a pet

bugs bed bugs roaches; we had plan a vacation for the kids and came back earlier due to the room being nasty

the spacious room and my kids loved the breakfast.

i especially liked that they have tv channels for the kids (disney junior)

kids well beyond 10 pm we re running and screaming in the hallway

the food was good and always kids love waffels

and staff were great, but neighbors with kids were very noisy

the kids loved the pool and i had some quality tennis time on the clay courts

kids enjoyed the inside pool & throwing frisbees outside. we will return soon.

not get any good sleep or have a good experience in the hotel with it being overcrowded with loud kids which i

guess next to me kids loud all night

could hear kids running around above me and neighbors yelling at each other beside me

kids were disappointed the pool wasn't open

we used the eating area several times for our team of kids to meet and eat lunch a

no bacon. i was the first to get breakfast. the oatmeal was under cooked.

didnt use the kitchen but i thought it was really nice

i enjoyed the breakfast also and the bed slept like a cloud

the entire staff was so friendly and the lady who put together the complimentary breakfast (which was so good

breakfast and represent the hotel as there was a full room of disgruntle travelers to include kids sports teams

my kids loved the pancake maker

clean ours or refund us and it was late at night and i had no choice but to stay because i had my kids with me

it was a cold rainy day and no way to keep our kids occupied

the pool was nice for younger kids- it goes up to 5 feet in depth

to get up out of bed to shut off and turn on alarms, and working in the bed late at night when kids are asleep

no real stove and no separate living area or indoor pool

the place was clean the staff was amazing and the location was great breakfast was an added plus

also appreciated all the space and the kitchenette

very clean and the breakfast is pretty good..

i found the rooms to be clean and the breakfast was excellent.
