could hear kids running around above me and neighbors yelling at each other beside me

not get any good sleep or have a good experience in the hotel with it being overcrowded with loud kids which i

kids were disappointed the pool wasn't open

just keep in mind if you have kids and need counter space pool was very very small also

hotels, the walls and floors are cheaply constructed and it s possible to hear all the jumping kids above and

didnt use the kitchen but i thought it was really nice

no bacon. i was the first to get breakfast. the oatmeal was under cooked.

i enjoyed the breakfast also and the bed slept like a cloud

the entire staff was so friendly and the lady who put together the complimentary breakfast (which was so good

it was a cold rainy day and no way to keep our kids occupied

clean ours or refund us and it was late at night and i had no choice but to stay because i had my kids with me

especially when there are drunk, loud people sitting there and we are trying to get our kids to our room

breakfast and represent the hotel as there was a full room of disgruntle travelers to include kids sports teams

to get up out of bed to shut off and turn on alarms, and working in the bed late at night when kids are asleep

the pool was nice for younger kids- it goes up to 5 feet in depth

the place was clean the staff was amazing and the location was great breakfast was an added plus

we stopped with our family and enjoyed the pool, fitness center, and free breakfast

i found the rooms to be clean and the breakfast was excellent.

was being renovated so there was no fitness center, front entrance inaccessible, smelly dumpster at the back

very clean and the breakfast is pretty good..

also there is no pool, my kids expect an opportunity to swim when they are at a hotel

loved the room set up as it was quite roomy and that was nice with our young kids

woman checked us out and she made sure we had fresh towels for the pool and was so kind to my kids

we couldn't find a parking space because parents moving in their kids with trailers were parked in 3-5 spaces

the road noise from the highway was very audible and the pet fee is way too much.

only stopped for one night but the facility was immaculate from the rooms, the lobby, the pool, elevators,

of liked to be able to bring drinks and snacks around pool area especially with grand kids

my kids love the pool. the rooms and property are clean. accommodations were comfortable.

the only complaint i had was that there were kids in the hallway at 3am and they were very loud

don't leave those kids out in the sun

noise in the hallway from kids on the first night

but i didn't want to call housekeeping to get a comforter because i didn't want to wake up the kids traveling

my wife and i intended on getting valet parking, but after driving for hours with screaming young kids, i just

great spacious and beautiful 2 bedroom suite. wonderful for traveling with kids.

people upstairs had kids that ran and played to 1:00 a

the breakfast was great . the rooms very large and clean. staff was great.

i had small kids with me so that was a red flag

the pool area could have been a little more tidy

not enough coffee in the room nor any laundry bags in the room

the pool area had about 8 pizza boxes scattered everywhere along with beer cans, etc

they did not have my free breakfast in their system at the breakfast bar and caused some confusion

the non smoking room reeked from previous smokers

first non smoking room reeked of smoke

dirty, very poorly maintained. roach infested! drunks arguing in the parking lot.

and hoodlums in parking lot next door shooting dice in the wee morning being loud
