we had to get tickets for breakfast and half the time the office was closed
we saw a lot of  roaches,the front desk did not give us what was needed it to claim our breakfast and us the

wanted to go out at night , we didn't have nobody to leave the kids with , so i think a-day care would be
scuba diving services (anibal) excellent!!!! kids loved the food! beach was perfect
if you have kids they have this place that you can lived then there, and they take care and entertain them
shows are geared towards adults and not good for a family with kids

we were oceanfront and near the bar lounge area so very convenient in terms of location
our room was tucked away in a quiet area near the second quieter pool. it suited us.

the pool area was so relaxing and pretty and i loved the champagne toast at sunset each night

however we really enjoyed it, is small but perfect for the kids and adults to cool off after swimming in the

the final call was at 11 pm after my kids had already fallen asleep on the nasty mattress for the sleeper couch

our room was in front of the laundry room of the hotel, so it was not that nice and there was a door in between
they offered me shuttle service from and to the airport, included with my stay :) finally, their food is great
the beach, pool, restaurant and supposed luxury amenities were not able to be fully utilized by guests because
excellent location. good food, free wifi.
we enjoyed all of the amenities including the gym and horseback riding

tho the beach the refrigerator wasn't working one of the fan wasn't working raat poop was on the kitchen and
the beautiful apartment with kitchen and a lot of space is part of a big house with a giant roof terrace from
one-bedroom apartment, which was perfect spacious and well-equipped, with a fully functional kitchen, a large

our rooms were ready and we were so happy with the set up, the ac worked wonderfully and the wifi and tv were
