we really loved breakfast at the hotel resturant with miss karen

wifi: they have like 4 wifi accounts, and none are stable

upon arrival i was able to have an early check in which made all the difference

we enjoyed all of the amenities including the gym and horseback riding
our room was in front of the laundry room of the hotel, so it was not that nice and there was a door in between
they offered me shuttle service from and to the airport, included with my stay :) finally, their food is great
the beach, pool, restaurant and supposed luxury amenities were not able to be fully utilized by guests because
excellent location. good food, free wifi.

fraudulently charged my credit card after my departure, claiming i had stolen a beach bag and laundry bag from

is a family focused hotel - the main draw is that the pool has two small slides, and kids, even small ones, can

wanted to go out at night , we didn't have nobody to leave the kids with , so i think a-day care would be

check-in process was slow, room not ready on time especially after long traveling day with kids, trying to get
the resort of full of kids and families (not what i was looking for as a solo traveler)
