we also loved that the room was a decent size, the staff was friendly and helpful and my kids loved swimming

called front desk 2 different times because of the noise and kids stomping and running in the room above me

this gave us two options, the kids are either far from us or my husband and i each sleep in a room and share
booked a room with a king bed and sofa bed, but there was no sofa bed so my husband and i and 2 kids all shared
we reserved a room with two beds and got a room with one full size bed for 2 adults and 4 kids
many family's stay here that have kids graduating naval boot camp

we did not dare get in which is as a bummer because my kids really wanted to swim
my kids enjoyed it very much and it wasn t over crowded with people
our first night in gurnee we had dinner at the cafe, i bought my kids and myself a bunch of keepsakes
beds were very comfortable and the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the exercise room
