volume was really low and whoever was staying in the room above us had kids who run around loudly 1 night
group if people with children right outside of lobby entrance with kids running around the lobby

the pool is a little small and the water was a little chilly, but the grandkids enjoyed it!!

the hot tub was right next to the pool so that was nice if you kids swimming right next to you
traveling with 3 young kids, it was a bit scary

i also didn't like that there were kids screaming and yelling in the pool before 8:00 a
queen sized beds and tile floors in part of the room. good pool. kids said was warm

everything was great nice family environment for kids and family
the breakfast was great! my kids were totally excited to eat each morning.
we checked in there were a lot of high school age kids there checking in also , i assume there was a soccer
she was also very nice when i asked for 1 extra hour for check out so the kids could use the pool one more time

it's also the closest hotel to carthage college for anyone with kids going there

we really enjoyed our selfs the kids where good there where only four kids
rooms above us had kids that would run around and another rooms had two dogs which the front desk said that they
able to fish for a while catching a number of nice small fish, which was fun experience for the kids
the breakfast had a wide variety of foods. we were impressed with the cleanliness of the area.

the hot and cold water had been switched so one of the kids got hurt before we found out about it because they
desk manager has no customer service skills at all yelling crusing threatening guest her and her kids where
people smoking by entrances, not caring if kids were coming in
the main ten w man got mad because the toilet was plunged and start cursing a lot while my kids are in the room

we needed, just somewhere to sleep for the night but wouldn't recommend for longer stays or with kids
poor smell, beds were dirty with bed bugs, kids running down the hall.
