was fresh paint in the pool area, no signs or anything my kids got paint all over their skin, i ask for an extra
was in transit so it was a very short stay and i was alone with my two young kids
was very bad specially if you are traveling with your young kids, not nd to breathe that going to your room at
not informed about breakfast -bathroom door creeks so loud that everytime it was opened the kids would wake up
shuttle service is the reason we will come back.

about whether our room was ready or not which had us going to and down the elevator with 3 small kids several
with different variety and options staff was very friendly and helpful to let us check out late kids enjoyed
my kids want use it, i ask staff, they can open for me during swimming pool open hours , free snacks
the slide wasn t opened all the hours so when our kids had a break the slide wasn t always open
these kids were pushing others even on the pool stairs

kids liked the pool and hot tub.
indoor pool and hottub was great for the kids and was a excellent location
and told her were only 2 me and my husband and she asked me again how many kids
the staff that helped to clean our room was extremely kind to my kids and went about and beyond.
we have 2 kids and they were so excited but unfortunately the water temperature is too cold so the kids ended

was no safe in the room and our room was right across from the pool so you could hear kids screaming
powercut and no backup generator, so with young kids it was a big worry

i was woken up by kids at 6 am running around and shouting in the
place was run down and did not feel comfortable to stay with my kids there for the lack of cleanliness
the front staff argued that the room was for 2adults 2 kids and did not want to cover breakfast for the 3rd
location, from our window we could see planes landing so the kids were thrilled
very uncomfortable bed,, specially with kids it s very high ,, washroom was not clean enough.
