it was quite an experience with my small kids and i tried to cancel my booking but i had travelled from far
time, we got a very spacious unit with a king bed and a sofa bed perfect for staying with my kids
thankfully, i don't have kids, otherwise i would be really concerned for their safety
pool was not open but very clean friendly staff comfy bed very quiet
knocked at 8 am to ask if we require room service to clean up the room

the walls are rather thin (noisy kids in room next door), the door to the parking lot at the end of our hall

i was charged 6 times in my credit card and forced to wait at reception for 35 minutes while my 4 kids were in
the pullout couch was so old it made and woke up the kids all night.
the main bed was great, but the opening bed for kids was pretty awful
pool was too small ( probably better suited for younger kids)
hotels in the area made adjustments to change the time for breakfast so it was available for swim kids

the walls were pretty thin so the next sports kids at 6am was really loud
snd complicated and very poorly labelled and explained and it was not a good situation with kids after a long

next door kept slamming their door, but there is really nothing the hotel can do about that when kids are involved
