room, located at the end of the building, was not able to receive the wifi signal

requested the wifi password it was gaven to me spelt wrong and i couldnt get a reply via email until i was

like any hotel, heard kids running around in the room above us.

we weren't able to use the pool, but its setup looks like a mini version of a luxury resort

we wished that the continental breakfast went until 10:00. otherwise, everything was wonderful!

the very best part was the continental breakfast as there was such a variety to choose from and what they

kids always love the pool

was all out @ 9:00 so many kids there so was not able to get breakfast

we used the pool with our grand kids and that was fun

my kids loved the pool! i loved the size of the bed!

the hot tub looked less than desirable, my kids wouldn t go near it and were highly disappointed that they

got home, spa was amazing, the hot tub was amazing, gardens are well maintained

location with easy freeway access, 4min drive from a great park for the kids and the property had plenty of

kids had a blast at the pool, staff was great, complimentary touches were excellent

she helped me and my kids fairly quick and welcomed us back from an outing with a great smile

my kids actually ask to stay here, they love donna, the manager

the gym is quite large for a hotel with lots of equipment options

new hotel with nice rooms and a great gymn. stuff is friendly, breakfast is good.

didn't like that you had to reserve the gym because of covid policies, but we were able to use the gym and

room was not set for the kids to sleep in and didn't have enough towels, we needed to ask few times to get those

the kids loved the ping pong table too

i was there for 5 nights and the kitchenette came in handy given restaurants are closed up

breakfast was hot and had a table tennis table and gym for activities right next to redmond town center

you for giving me a top floor, so i didn't have to listen to all the kids who stayed there for the soccer tournie

reserved this on your website because it was supposed to be pet friendly and when i arrived they said they were

bar was pretty bad both in terms of selection, service and staff

the wait staff in the restaurant and bar were excellent

the room was comfortable, cozy. there was games to keep the kids occupied.

it is not convenient if the kids want to sleep and someone is still in the washroom

had a little area off the lobby with board games, our kids loved that

really liked that there were games for family/kids in the area adjacent to lobby-table shuffleboard, large

however, my kids still had so much fun in the pool
