my wife and kids had a great time and felt right at home

we ve stayed twice in different seasons and our kids have enjoyed the pool

kids had a blast at the pool, staff was great, complimentary touches were excellent

she helped me and my kids fairly quick and welcomed us back from an outing with a great smile

the staff where so wonderful and great with our kids

always searching for ice in different floor then gym on different floor to get water

the staff were friendly and helpful and they had a peloton bike in the gym.

+wifi was problem-free and the parking was pretty safe for the inner-city location

it is a great location right downtown, had a restaurant and bar on site and a great snack bar

represents itself as a dog friendly hotel on your site and yet never mentions a non refundable pet deposit of

room was not set for the kids to sleep in and didn't have enough towels, we needed to ask few times to get those
