the grounds are beautiful and the open space for kids and pets made it feel like we were in our own world

sometimes it gets a little loud at night due to college kids or just younger crowd
coming in at 2:30 in the morning a few doors down and letting their kids scream and play up and down the sidewalk

and there was a picnic table and bbq pit right outside the door- people/barking dog, loud kids late at night

we were just blocks from where my kids live and seemed to be a central location for college station
