complaints are the swimming pool closes at 9 per the sign on the door, kids wanted to go swimming around 7:45

the pool was told it was heated

breakfast was limited but good waffles were good

trash in hallway and in the room. wifi was not good either.

for some reason, i was charged a pet fee so the $139 room i booked magically turned into a $204 stay

got overcharge i had book a 2 bedroom in advance and i get there n they only had a king bed my kids had to sleep

s a college town, but i would think that the rooms would be designed for the parents not for the kids

coffee maker did not work & no one around facility to replace it that evening & no one at the bar to wait on

checked pool no note so changed started to get in and was told had to wait

it was clean, modern, and to my surprise the room even had a small kitchen and small living room areas

we absolutely loved the free breakfast! front desk employees were amazing and so friendly!

they worked hard to get me a different room and although me and my kids got to bed extra late waiting on the

wish they had a hot breakfast...
