location is excellent if you wish to go to the baths theatre or just be in the center of town, parking is not

i'm happy with my room they are upgrading it when i stop there so new kitchen and bar eventually

kids were allowed in swimming pool only from 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm, which meant we needed to come back

our room was also directly above the pool so all we could hear was kids screaming

love it there and we've been afew times just for a couple of days away to relax away from the kids and we love

had hardly anything to choose from , pools constantly over run by kids staff in the bar were not helpful bad

pool was great for the kids.

i do enjoy a swim but didn't get in the pool as it was full of kids splashing about sunday childrens swim times

kids were making a lot of noise late evening but staff spoke to them and resolved our

hotel is my only choice of stay when i do my 900mile round trip picking and dropping my kids off
