the ad made it seem like use of the pool ( 20 adult/ 10 kids up to 16), and parking ( 9 for public car
bedroom was old. very noisy beds for kids, every time they turned it squeaked

this was plenty of room for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids

we used our car to go out for dinner in the evening - parking is easy in the town
