were quite a few shouting kids in the lake which looked to be from the other apartments so can't be helped
food was lovely travelled with kids when they tired more than happy to deliver room service to your room even

even our little kids listened to every word of the tour and were especially enchanted by the animals
we had to ask several times for muesli and only the kids got a tiny little one
dog owned by the hotel was running around the pool even though there were kids
