if you didn't have kids you'd probably wonder what was going on
kids club attendants were very nice and professional and good with my kids
pullout bed in the apartment was barely functioning and needs to be replaced - my kids were able to sleep there

the shower in this hotel is dangerous for kids they will end up in with burns from boiling water coming out of
we had really bad day cancelled flights and bad cab driver and they were so sweet to our kids

everything was great, i would only suggest to improve a bit the outside kids playground :)

they had an indoor kids playroom also which was a nice surprise
