area which we weren't aware of, and on one of the days there wasn't enough beds/seats around the pool for everyone

if you are looking for a place in lake aitlan, do no kids out on staying at this property you will not regret

restaurant with high quality food and drinks, and the thermal pool absolutely stood out, the kids particularly

stylish decorations, comfortable beds, clean, nice pools for the kids, nice familyf riendly place

started blasting techno at 8am, so loud it could be heard across the bay, complete with screaming kids and an

we were there for children s week so thr hotel prepared great activities for the kids (outdoors s cinema,

we can hear people talking and kids running around our floor until almost midnight

everything! very clean, several activities within the hotel to do with kids.

the pool is big, warmed-up, great for kids

but what really helped us was the kids house, my daughter loved it there

the kitchen was very helpful for preparing a simple meal.

if you have kids, they have an excellent play area, including trampolines and playsets

wifi was poor unable to communicate without dropping off

staff is really helpful and our kids had lots of fun interacting with them

the staff was helpful with setting up a jetski rental for myself to take my kids

they have a small kids that s my daughter got to enjoy at the end of our day

the wifi was not reliable from the second floor where my room was located

really noise. room was in a building essentially in the parking lot.

great facilities and great location. a fabulous place for a family with lots for the kids to do

went to this hostel with my adult kids and husband and we really enjoyed it

we saw families with small kids, backpackers and elderly people so the place can receive any type of traveler

hot water shower! owner was friendly and spoke english. free wifi.

there was a gym on the roof where there was also a great view. great laundry service too.
