our kids (teenagers) loved the family style dinners meeting other travellers
felt like we were being treated like kids queuing for a school meal
went to this hostel with my adult kids and husband and we really enjoyed it
as i have adopted kids of color that is not something i appreciate
we saw families with small kids, backpackers and elderly people so the place can receive any type of traveler

at front desk, how they cheat saying that no kids are allowed on booking to force you to go directly to them,

day of my trip, i got sick accompanying fever, nausea and cold after having omelette there as a breakfast
laundry service would have made it complete and the music can be quite loud (although we liked the
kitchen that is kept clean, the staff is super helpful and friendly, and they even provide a laundry service
the outdoors area is very well setup, with a pool and lots of chairs and tables to sit around and relax
- no kitchen - i was first assigned a room without a free bed - wifi in the dorm is not reliable

staff is really helpful and our kids had lots of fun interacting with them
the staff was helpful with setting up a jetski rental for myself to take my kids
they have a small kids that s my daughter got to enjoy at the end of our day
the wifi was not reliable from the second floor where my room was located

the big plus for us is the kids' club on the weekend, including an open-air movie night with popcorn on saturday
clean, great location. staff was super friendly. great pi for families and kids!
but what really helped us was the kids house, my daughter loved it there
there is a kids club which is one of the reasons we booked this hotel but only open on weekends, a pity
everything! very clean, several activities within the hotel to do with kids.

breakfast takes a little while as everyone seems to come down at 8am and i think it's only 1 or 2

we booked for 10 adults and 7 kids only 10 adults were covered for breakfast had to go to the front desk to
restaurant with high quality food and drinks, and the thermal pool absolutely stood out, the kids particularly
stylish decorations, comfortable beds, clean, nice pools for the kids, nice familyf riendly place
school next door is very loud but its ok, we like kids
and finally zero rules for noisy kids to the swimming pool, impossible to rest

stayed at the rooms at the back, nearer the road and pool and they were kinda dark and stuffy
we loved the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna and privacy of the cabins
the wifi in the restaurant was sometimes not working
poor or no lighting along the path from bungalows to reception and parking lot
area which we weren't aware of, and on one of the days there wasn't enough beds/seats around the pool for everyone
