kids enjoyed the pool the little court tard was lovely the accomadations were comfortable felt
there were adults and kids yelling in the hallway up until and slightly past midnight, almost constantly
the pool wasnt available, but i understand why. little dissapointing for my kids.

my purposes, parking right outside the back door and staff were very accommodating and allowed a late check out
the gym area was super hot. i had a hard time exercising as it felt like a sauna.
room renovation, wifi, convenience and breakfast. staff was also helpful and pleasant.

beds were comfy and clean. kids liked the pool and sauna. nice staying in 12th floor.
the wifi wouldn t connect
within walking distance to the mall, casino and the roughriders free shuttle bus
the wifi does not work so if you are doing business don't bother trying
really not much. perhaps the sausages at the breakfast.

rooms were spacious, gym was great, staff very helpful
the atmosphere the decor the bar the restaurant the architecture
is no store in or near the hotel, if you want to eat, especially in the evening, the choices are room service,
we had appointments in the hotel spa for massages and pedicure as well which were fantastic
the room service menu was limited. but the food i ordered was excellent.

pretty noisy. kids playing in hallway until 11pm
only complaint is noise from kids running and yelling.
were 4 of us but only got 2 bottles of water, only 2 towels & not enough spare bedding for the kids on the hide
beds were great. opened the slide early for the kids
the pool and slide were the highlight

the pool looks outdated but it is warm and a good size for kids
kids loved the pool and waterslide and had lots of fun there
waitresses at the restaurant were really friendly, josy was really nice with the kids and enjoyable to talk
my kids loved the pool! very clean, nice hotel. got vouchers for kids' breakfast.
non-pool staff altered their schedule and duties so that my kids could use the slide

the kids kept slamming the doors and it was irritating as hell
staff were very friendly, kids loved the pool, and the on site lounge is quite nice
hockey teams who allowed their kids to run in hallways and doors to slam at all hours of the night
* late check out to allow the kids to swim in the morning. * the breakfast
pool is a little small but was still alright.

water slides for kids don t open until 4pm.
the pool was over packed with screaming kids and staff was rude
just love the hotel,the atmosphere, the staff is great, their breakfast is always good,the kids love the pool
evening where it was a light meal, variable pool and hot tub hours where it was overcrowded with kids anyways,
hard to find even a few minutes without a million kids

kids loved the water slides
when kids swim for hours it hard not being able to have drinks
with 3 small kids and my husband, couldn t have asked for a better stay
two of my kids hit their heads

they monitored them a bit more when it s that busy so my son wasn t getting trampled by other kids, jets in
hotel & staff were were awesome, very accommodating especially with having kids, they loved the pool & water
