of the 5 of us this trip but it would easily accommodate a family of 5 next trip and all three kids would have
they monitored them a bit more when it s that busy so my son wasn t getting trampled by other kids, jets in
the pool, kids love it so much.
the pool was great for our kids ages!

the pool looks outdated but it is warm and a good size for kids

non-pool staff altered their schedule and duties so that my kids could use the slide

kids enjoyed the pool the little court tard was lovely the accomadations were comfortable felt
this resulted in tons of kids breaking the pool rules and making it a terrible experiance for other guests

there were adults and kids yelling in the hallway up until and slightly past midnight, almost constantly
i need to come all the time with kids while they re gonna brush the teeth to secure them not to get an accident

my purposes, parking right outside the back door and staff were very accommodating and allowed a late check out
the gym area was super hot. i had a hard time exercising as it felt like a sauna.

maybe it's ok if we are all adults, but we have kids with us at that time
spacious and comfortable we appreciated being able to have a late check out after a late night delayed flight
wifi was poor, it kept dropping out. breakfast was poor, especially the eggs.

beds were comfy and clean. kids liked the pool and sauna. nice staying in 12th floor.

beds were great. opened the slide early for the kids
pretty noisy. kids playing in hallway until 11pm
were 4 of us but only got 2 bottles of water, only 2 towels & not enough spare bedding for the kids on the hide
only complaint is noise from kids running and yelling.
the lobby coffee bar closed at 1:00pm, inconvenient.

we love the spa and the hot tub, it s awesome that when i book my massage at the spa they direct bill to my
gorgeous lobby bar and room. good service overall. central location. good food nearby.
the amenities were fantastic too the gym and hot tub were some of the best i've used
it would be nice to have someone or room service
we had appointments in the hotel spa for massages and pedicure as well which were fantastic

kids were running up and down the hallways yelling at 7am when people could still be sleeping
lots of activity in the hallways (slamming doors, kids running around after 11pm

kids loved the pool facilities
with our dog so we loved that it was pet friendly and the indoor water slide was a hit with the kids
kids had a really good time in the pool and on the waterslide
were kids that snuck into the pool and one boy was spitting on kids as they walked my the stairs to the
affordable yet comfortable and clean. the pool is amazing for kids

they serve us extra food and drinks while we are waiting that the kids enjoyed while also waiting for the food
families especially liked it as kids were having a great time on the water slide and adults were in the hot
the waterfront so fun that my kids loved the slides and the water effects

hockey teams who allowed their kids to run in hallways and doors to slam at all hours of the night

staff were very friendly, kids loved the pool, and the on site lounge is quite nice
the kids kept slamming the doors and it was irritating as hell

the pool was over packed with screaming kids and staff was rude
just love the hotel,the atmosphere, the staff is great, their breakfast is always good,the kids love the pool
from 7pm to 9:30 pm, there were 6 screaming kids running back and forth down the hall, despite complaints
room was a great size, especially with kids
water slides for kids don t open until 4pm.
