the pool area very nice (better than the website pics) and has some water toys available for kids

we had 2 adults and 4 kids and we all fit very nice in the suite

the beds were comfortable, the entire hotel was very clean, and my kids enjoyed the heated pool

the resort was excellent, especially the rooftop pool and bar area

very clean, we liked the pool, gym, spa and restaurant choices. it was quiet.

place is do relaxing i just wish one of the restaurants and bar stay open till 2 am at least and the grocery

the staff was extremely courteous, and even got to know my kids names by the end of the stay

i found this property and knew i had to stay here with my wife & kids

restaurant was right downstairs from our room. great food and convenient with 2 kids.

however, my kids walked around, barefoot a lot and right after a shower early on their feet turned black

were several loud kids at the pool at midnight right below our porch so we lost some sleep

the harbour is right across the street, with a fishing pier, kayak launch, and park for the kids

kids played at a nice park nearby and we watch the sunset from a pier across the street

the kids (girls 6 and 7) loved the pool

4 thug kids jumped fence to pool and blaring obscene music and acting inappropriate

too hot for hubby but kids and i loved it and even did an after dark swim it was so warm

walked out, unfortunately there was a baseball tournament in the area and the hotel was full of kids running

and no disney channel for the kids

the last day a group had a massive bbq and again weed was being smoked so my kids had to go inside for the day

kids always seem to be hungry

was a couple drinking (shots) at pool deck while there 3 kids were jumping in the shallow end from the planters

upon arrival in our room on the second floor, there must ve been kids above us because we could hear them

my kids and i enjoyed the cookies and i enjoyed the coffee and awesome breakfast

people- screeching kids sounded like they were kicking the walls, small kids left unsupervised right next door

was very helpful, felt sorry for them, people were filthy that took their kids to pool , left rocks and trash

pool, and the breakfast room were a delight to the kids

only three chairs at pool. not enough when you have a load of kids at pool .

we traveled cross country from boulder city, nv with 2 kids and a dog in an suv and all we wanted was to relax

breakfast wasn't delicious but was ok. my kids loved the waffle maker.

hotel uses misleading advertising, they say they are pet friendly but they don't say how much the pet fee is

the breakfast was more than expected

room smelled like a wet dog and the charging port on the table was covered in what seemed to be pet hair

breakfast was great, staff were very nice, parking included, room was as expected, kids thought the little

street was a little annoying when trying to sleep, but during awake hours it entertained the kids, so we'll call

we were even afforded connecting rooms to facilitate our kids

too noisy. woke up from little kids crying at night. slamming doors all night.

breakfast i was overrun by people with little kids thinking it s ok for the kids to wander around etc

our shower was broken. staff let a few kids in pool get way out of line.

parking, it wasn't easy to get a spot close to our room on fridays and saturdays

we had to get all kids out of the pool to get drinks or food if my husband and i were both not at pool at same

their were restaurants that were in walking distance and were a great option for traveling with kids

can't really put my finger on it but it states its an upscale place but all doors lead to outside bar where

they allowed late check out until 2pm on sunday
